New clients come to us for a variety of reasons, but it is surprising how many approach us because they need better support than they're receiving from their current developer or agency.
We take support very seriously because we know our active clients need support when they need it, because every minute counts. We offer support either on an ad hoc basis or under contract with a range of response levels available. Training, Seminars and Knowledge Transfer
Business systems, CMS and Online Shops can be confusing and not straightforward to use, so we provide training as required to help, not only for learning the systems themselves but also in fundamental internet technologies such as CSVs, SEO, image management and optimisation and how databases work, to name just a few. If you are a client and finding yourself getting stuck, don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your issue, and to determine if some structured traing might be useful.
We are also involved in knowledge transfer which we do generally in our close relationships with clients, but which is augmented by articles in our two blogs, one on web design and development and the other on digital marketing and SEO.
