Digital Marketing Executive Specialising in Social Media
Location: Northampton
Salary: Starting Salary 18-25,000 pa, depending on experience.


An opportunity to join our busy Web Marketing Department, responsible for designing and delivering Social Media and Content Marketing campaigns for existing clients and for prospective clients, in many different sectors and also for us (we are rebranding and updating our digital collateral). You will be working alongside our SEO Consultants, Account Managers and our Copywriter.

This will be a varied and busy role with multiple concurrent campaigns, client facing, persuasive and suitable for an organised, proactive and ambitious candidate. You will be a prolific, effective and capable writer, able to write copy, articles and press releases. You will be able to monitor and tweak campaigns, analyse results, and present.

Where practicable, you will help incorporate the use of social media into client businesses. You will therefore need great interpersonal skills because you will be liaising with and persuading clients on a daily basis as well as peers from the wider team around you. You will also get some hands on experience in managing web marketing projects/clients. You will be keen to develop your knowledge and skills further and keep at the forefront of this fast changing and opportunity filled field.

Copywriter

An opportunity to join our busy Web Marketing Department as our digital copywriter, writing copy for our clients (in many different sectors) and also for us (we are rebranding and updating our digital collateral), and also orchestrating our SEO content supply through remote writers. You will be working alongside our SEO Consultants and Account Managers and also our Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive working across a broad range of clients, developing both long and short copy that is suitable for digital channels nurturing ideas from taglines to campaign concepts.

You'll primarily be working alongside the SEO Consultants with a range of local businesses (ranging from building, recruitment, retail, home, fashion) and will propose and write their content. You will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of appealing, commercially viable and engaging creative content for a whole range of clients.

Your copy will serve to increase page views and maximise conversion rates, so you will need to follow our guidelines for SEO and be able to write digital copy that converts. You will also be responsible for quality control, delivery and placement of material obtained via our remote copywriters and will also get some hands on experience in managing web marketing projects/clients.
